Scholarship

There are many scholarship opportunities out there.

We have identified some that you may find interesting.

We also encourage you to do your own research.

The Kativik Regional Government created this scholarship to support students from Nunavik in their pursuit of post-secondary studies.

Application deadline: There is no firm deadline for this scholarship. Apply early as scholarships are awarded on a first come first served basis.

As per the Raglan Agreement, Raglan Mine awards a minimum of $50,000 annually in scholarships to Nunavik students who pursue postsecondary studies at the vocational, college or university level.

Indspire is a national Indigenous-led charity that invests in the education of Indigenous people for the long-term benefit of these individuals, their families, their communities, and Canada.

Application Deadlines: August 1, November 1, and February 1.

The Makivik Corporation manages a scholarship program created to promote and encourage post-secondary education for Inuit Beneficiaries of the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement (JBNQA).
